PAREB - Pasay-Makati Realty Board, Inc. (PAREB-PMRB) is a real estate organization composed of Licensed Real Estate Brokers in the Philippines, may of whom are based in Makati and Pasay. Many of our members hold multiple real estate licenses such as Real Estate Consultant (REC), Real Estate Appraiser (REA) aside from Real Estate Broker (REB). Our membership is also composed of Affiliate Members from other local PAREB Boards as well as Associate Members who are PRC-Accredited Real Estate Salespersons.

PAREB conducts regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs for renewal of licenses of Licensed Real Estate Practitioners as well as training seminars for aspiring Real Estate Salespersons (RES) for agents to legally sell real estate.
